Just one team in the league has held a top spot for more than one week
and just one first-place team in the league has more VP than the
second-place team, and that team is . . . Commish East - well it should
be - but the truth is the Lightning's Team of the Week Honors have given
them a huge 3VP lead over 2nd, their first weekly winnings, the most VP
in the league and have them 1st in conference points 2nd overall. |

None, it's all good again Vincent - oh, well maybe not playing Kevin
Smith and his 21 points - sorry Vincent but it really should have been
me |

Good News |
After an 0-1 start I feared Dave might make good his threat of legal
action against the PFFL entailing some groundless malfeasance, but after
three straight wins all is now good in the Justice camp - in the last
three weeks they have moved from the bottom tier to the top two |

Rivers on a bye this week and their only backup Stafford may not play -
and it's almost impossible to sue the NFL |

Maybe doing it with mirrors but after an 0-1 start also won three in a
row to break into the top tier for the first time |

Unless they
bring their point total up the mirror could break |

What a difference two points can make: down 15 to the Syndicate going
into Monday night the TD's had Minnesota's defense left; late in the
fourth quarter Green Bay challenges a fumble at their own 1 recovered by
Minnesota; they win the challenge and Minnesota doesn't get the ball at
the one but what they do get is a safety awarded - yeah that's 2 points
and the TD's win 133-132. The difference in winning or losing was 4VP
earned instead of 1 and fourth place and the top tier instead of 9th and
the bottom |

After the first two weeks they were 2-0, in first and led the entire
league in total points |

Then they lost Gore, lost their next 2 and have lost their top
tier status - and there is still you know who |

They had a 100% coaching rating in their 133-132 loss to the TD's so
they at least know the loss wasn't on them |

A loss this devastating would make a sane man go crazy - I'm afraid to
think what it may do to Mickey |

They can at least take solace in the fact that even if they would have
played their other QB they still would have lost but I will stop here
because Ron asked if he could write his own Good and Bad this week and I
mirthfully oblige:
Ron's Good: "after week 5 the bye weeks for most major players will be
behind us" |

Ron's Bad: "too bad Garrard lost the coin flip between him and Sanchez
for week 4 starting QB"
Now if everyone would do this it would make my job a lot easier |

Made no mistakes in their loss - a 100% rating and they still would have
lost - are still one win and 2VP from the middle tier |

Last week I said Drew Brees getting just 8 points was a fluke and I was
right - this week he got 9, told ya |

Bad News |
I'm sure Brees' last two weeks of 8 and 9 points have a lot to do with
it but they have the lowest efficiency rating in league of 67.2 - the
only team below 70% |
